A hobby that turned into a company I Co-Founded during my time at The Creative Circus.
Inspired by local South African culture a high school friend and I built and sold guitars using vintage oil cans.

FUNDING

In order to get funding without giving away stock we started a Kickstarter campaign. Our goal was $32,000. We made $52,000

We started out making guitars out of our parents' basements. And ended up getting a national distribution deal.

We started by selling them at local craft shows, but we always knew we could be bigger.
